Yesterday I looked in the mirror and in the reflection, I did not recognize the face looking back at me.
I saw an older, exhausted version of myself.
That is when I decided it was time to start taking care of myself -- from the inside out.
First thing I did was look at how I take care of my skin and thought I would share the products I use.

(1) Clean Scene by Murad = I bought this because of the scent and the way it bubbles up on my face. Yup, I am simple.
(2) Frownies = because I have a huge frown line. I think a lot, folks. A lot! Therefore, my thinking/frown line is DEEP. Right in the middle of my eyes deep.
(3) OM Pumpkin Seed Night Serum = amazing for wrinkles, age spots and scars (especially on my arms from the damn ovens).
(4) L'oreal Youth Code = I like kits. I like things that come in packages. I read some reviews and made a choice that this was not too pricey and seemed to make a difference. Little by little.
What are your go-to products for looking younger?

i had heard that frownies were the secret of the starlets, once upon a time. after seeing your post, i totally ordered the forehead patches! they should arrive on tuesday. we'll have to compare notes! :)
if i like them i'll try the eye ones as well.
i had botox over a year ago. i loved how it looked, but didn't like the fact that i could not raise my eyebrows. avi, my boyfriend, said he missed my disapproving single eyebrow raise. lol. plus, i started noticing that audition notices have started posting, "must be able to make a wide range of facial expression". code for, "no botox". it is pretty distracting when you're watching a movie, and the actress's face doesn't move.
anyway, i have high hopes for those frownies! :)
I love MAK moisturizer. I put it on right before my foundation. It feels like heaven.

Going to the gym. There is nothing in the world like some endorphins rushing around to look and feel hot!
argan oil has changed my life. not only has it eliminated my fine lines (around my eyes) but someone was floored when they learned i was 36 because they were convinced i was 25. this in itself made me want to invest in argan oil stocks.
lots of sleep, water, plenty of exercise and clean eating has also turned my skin around.
