let's get serious for a second.
i need thoughts, good vibes, rain dances and prayers.
we were not going to say anything but we have been chosen to be adoptive parents.
a young lady found our profile. she is the first birth mother to prove her pregnancy. the first one to call our attorney.the first to send proof of pregnancy.
we know the gender. we have a due date.
we were so excited to become parents to this little angel and the one i was growing in my belly.
but we all know what happened with that.
yeah...
but, there is a catch to this little post. it is NOT all happy.
this young lady is lost. she has been kicked out of her home and has lost contact.
we believe she is endangering herself and the baby. i cannot go into detail.
we are trying to do all we can to get to her and help. however, a family member of hers has cut off contact with us.
we really need your love right now.
not only are we temporarily homeless and without our beautiful bean in my belly, but we are close to losing this precious gift we have longed for.

You need some good news in your life, and I will keep the Browns and this precious baby in my thoughts and prayers.
Praying for you like whoa. I was telling my Mom about you the other day while we were talking about hurricane Sandy. She "remembers" you from when you tried to help my brother with something Momofuku related when he was coming to NYC.
I was crying saying all you have been through. You deserve such good things!!!! You, Adam, and the baby/birth mom are in my prayers.

Next weekend I meet my birth mother for the first time. Took almost 32 years. I am so, so grateful for her. She gave me the greatest gift in the world. She gave my mom and dad the greatest gift in the world. Granted I have never been through what you are going through, but I have been the baby you are so very much hoping for. My parents have, to some extent, been in your shoes. You know my phone, my email, anything, is always open if you want to talk.
